At Fuuti, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
The product must not show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Any product that has been dropped, broken, or tampered with is not eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping and insurance costs. We strongly recommend using a registered postal service with tracking and insurance to safeguard against loss or damage during transit. Fuuti is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if the return is not insured.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Network Coverage & Refunds
Ensuring optimal functionality of our devices is a priority, and we take all reasonable measures to assess mobile network coverage before dispatching an order. However, network signals may vary due to external factors.
It is the user’s responsibility to test the device within the 30-day return period to identify any network coverage or signal issues.
Prior to dispatch, we conduct a mobile network coverage check at the address provided by the user. While we strive to ensure adequate connectivity, we cannot guarantee flawless network reception inside every residence.
If a weak signal is detected, the user must notify us via phone or email within the 30-day return period. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue by providing an alternative SIM card or network provider where possible.
If, after our investigation, we determine that network coverage is inadequate and an alternative solution is not available, the user may return the device for a full refund.

Exclusions & Limitations
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Fuuti is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from device performance, network issues, or delays in return processing.
Returns or refunds requested after the 30-day period will not be honored.
